Terms of Use
Effective: 4 November 2026. Last updated: 4 November 2026.
The app
Pssst is a paid macOS companion app made by plain d. Dawid Woźniak (a sole proprietorship registered in Poland) and sold as a one-time purchase with no subscription. It shows your Grok Bot agents next to the notch. By buying, downloading or using it you agree to these terms.
Independent project
Pssst is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by Grok Bot or its makers. Grok Bot and related names belong to their respective owners. You need your own Grok Bot desktop app; its terms apply to your use of it.
License
You may install and use the app on Macs you own or control, for personal or work use. You may not sell it or present it as your own. Pssst is proprietary software. © 2026 plain d. Dawid Woźniak, all rights reserved.
Payments and refunds
Pssst costs $7 as a one-time purchase, with no subscription. Payment is handled by Creem as merchant of record: Creem charges you, takes care of sales tax or VAT and sends you the receipt or invoice. Your purchase gives you a personal license to use Pssst on Macs you own or control, and includes updates to the version you bought, delivered through the app's automatic updates. To ask for a refund, write to dawid@plaind.pl with your order details. Refunds are processed by Creem under its terms and refund policy. This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
No warranty
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It depends on files and links of the Grok Bot app that can change at any time, so some features may stop working.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for missed messages or notifications, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes and ending
We may update the app or these terms. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. Disputes go to the courts that have jurisdiction under Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim there. Questions: dawid@plaind.pl.
